TITAN Cement Group is looking for a talented and strategic Group Compensation Manager to design and develop compensation policies and frameworks that support employee attraction, motivation, and retention. The role provides technical and consultative support to HR Business Partners and line management on the design, implementation, and communication of compensation plans across the Group. This role reports to the Group Rewards Director.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, analyze market data, and provides data-driven insights to support decision-making on compensation structures and to maintain competitive and compliant.
  • Design and manage the annual review process; specify and communicate the review process, timelines and monitoring implementation.
  • Design and manage the implementation of employee incentive programs supporting high performance culture.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and insights for HRBPs and Business leaders.
  • Update on SF compensation module developments and propose improvements to increase the level of efficiencies and user experience.
  • Manage, configure, and administer the SF compensation related modules as the Group SF compensation Administrator.
  • Support the implementation of the compensation plans, ensuring processes are effectively applied across the Group Corporate Center and SE region.
  • Provide guidance and respond to queries on compensation-related topics.
  • Ensure compensation policies are applied consistently across the Group.
  • Lead the development and delivery of job analysis and job evaluation methods and processes, ensuring consistent standards across the organization.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 6 years in Compensation and Benefits/ Reward roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module is a strong asset.
  • Deep understanding of compensation processes, including merit cycles and short and long Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) including data analysis and visualization techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
